I understand that by submitting this fan art I agree to the following: -Your art may or may not be credited. -By submitting your art here you are also agreeing that I may use it in blogs, for promotion of this website, and for promotion of the series I produce. -While you own the image you made, I own my characters and the IP is mine. I will try to link to your DA profile or other social media in the description for the image if you include that information, but depending on the view of the website the users may not see this information, not all formats of the website show image titles or descriptions.

Be default, you still own the image you submit. Sorta. It's complicated, legally speaking, since it's my IP and you never asked to draw it... but I will still respect this odd situation UNLESS you check this box too, then you're giving me full rights, including selling merch with your image on it. You don't need to do this. Really. But you can, if you want to. :)
